ABOUT CHARLIE

Hi, I’m Charlie. I am a film director and screenwriter based in West Los Angeles. While I have deep creative roots in writing, my passion is collaborating with other creatives to tell unique, dynamic, and personal stories. I wrote and directed the feature film QUINN’S PLACE (distributed by Gravitas Ventures in 2022), as well as multiple short form projects including THE EXPIRATION OF DARIUS CAMPBELL, which recently won the Industry Choice Award at Dances With Films LA. While interested in any good story, I have a special soft spot for heartfelt, poignant stories told in unconventional, or even silly ways. I’ve got an MFA in TV, Radio, & Film from Syracuse University, and am a proud member of The Bad Pitch Writers Lab.
